Day -1 > SECTOR : ARRIVAL AND TRANSFER FROM AIRPORT
A representative from Sweet Africa Safari will meet you at the airport. They will transfer you to your hotel, where you relax and get some good night sleep.
Day -2 > SECTOR : NAIROBI – AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK >232.6 km. Approx 4 h 23min
Arrive at around midday in Amboseli National park and after lunch, start the afternoon game drive.
Amboseli is romantically situated at the Mount Kilimanjaro foothills. The Savannah plains welcome you to the Amboseli, as they stretch out to the horizon. Watch as the giraffe eats from the highest acacia tree while the young one suckles. Watch the elephants playfully roll on the red earth and if lucky, watch a predator hunt. The wildebeests and Impalas that were grazing peacefully, suddenly start to get restless. They all sprint in different directions and that’s when you notice the graceful cheetah chase after a group of them. This heart-pounding chase culminates your afternoon drive.

Day -3 > SECTOR : FULL DAY AT AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK
Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the morning as you prepare for your morning game drive at Amboseli. Sweet Africa Safari guides are experts at knowing the whereabouts of the animals by following footprints, scats, broken bushes, park habitats, and other signs. You get a picturesque view at the best vantage points. Watch as the herbivores birth, predators hunt, and elephants’ bath.
Take a guided walk in the afternoon for a view of some of the smaller creatures like the insects and mammals that hide in the thick acacia bushes. Your walk also introduces you to the many plants used by the Maasai for medicinal uses and as food. If time allows, visit one of the villages and enjoy a traditional meal or learn how to craft beautiful objects.
Day -4 > SECTOR : AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK – TSAVO WEST NATIONAL PARK >89.3 km .Approx 2 h 5 min
Depart early in the morning for Tsavo West after breakfast.
Tsavo West is a beautiful wilderness comprising of scrublands, open grasslands, rocky ridges, and acacia woodlands. A visit to the Mzima Springs introduces you to the clear waters of a chain of lakes filtered through the Chyulu Hills volcanic rocks. It’s a good place to watch the fish, gliding crocodiles and hippos.
The Shetani Lava flow also offers picturesque views of lava caves. For about 50 sq. Km, the black folded lava spreads across the Savannah. The views are spectacular, and the adventurous souls can explore the caves.
Look out for elephants, antelopes, wildebeests, buffalos, zebras, cheetahs, hyenas, and lions.
In the evening, we head out to Tsavo East National park for dinner and accommodation.
Day -5 > SECTOR : TSAVO WEST NATIONAL PARK – TSAVO EAST NATIONAL PARK >144.7 km . Approx 2 h 40 min
A full day tour of the Tsavo East National Park will follow breakfast. Enjoy the immense savannah plains dotted with acacia trees, thorn bushes, woodlands, and scrublands. Start your day at the Mudanda Rock, where one of the longest lava flows formed. The base of the rock offers a watering hole and you can take pictures of the animals as they trudge to the waters.
Tsavo East hosts a large herd of elephants and it’s fun watching them dust themselves with the red Tsavo soil. Other animals to watch out for include the gazelles, lions, giraffes, zebras, coke’s hartebeests, impalas, grant gazelles, gerenuks, klipspringers, hunter’s hartebeests, giraffes, lesser kudus and many more. The park is also home to a variety of birds.

Day -6 > SECTOR : FULL DAY AT TSAVO EAST NATIONAL PARK
Depart from Tsavo East and head to Mombasa along the Nairobi Mombasa highway. Arrive in the afternoon and relax for the evening.
Day -7 , Day-8 and Day-9 > SECTOR : TOUR MOMBASA AND RELAX AT THE BEACH
Mombasa is a captivating city with a unique blend of historical architecture, cultures, and history. Take a tour of Fort Jesus Museum and get a history of Mombasa. Take a tour of the Old Town in Mombasa and enjoy the exotic aromas renting the air. The streets are lined with open-air markets, quaint shops, and fascinating houses. Vendors sell their intricate carvings, handwoven textiles and artwork.
Relax on the beautiful white beaches of the Indian Ocean. Other attractions include the Shimba Hills National Reserve, Gede ruins, the Kisite Mpunguti Marine Park, Jumbwa la Mtwana, the Haller Park, and many more.
If you do choose to stay in Malindi, then you can enjoy all the intriguing high energy water activities available in this town. The white sandy beaches offer a great vacation where you can watch the sun set and rise on a hammock. You can also tour the ancient buildings, experience the culture on day tours to the traditional village homes, the Jumaa mosque, local shops, churches, the eerie Gede Ruins, and the Malindi Marine Park. Go snorkeling, diving, swimming or visit the Arabuko Sokoke Forest Reserve to observe the reptiles, insects, mammals, birds, and amphibians.
Day -10 > SECTOR : FLIGHT BACK HOME
After 3 days of relaxing by the beach, taking part in water sports and site seeing, check out of the hotel and head to the airport. Take a flight to Nairobi and later connect to your international flight home.
